SALES EXECUTIVE

Location : Coimbatore, Thoothukudi and Chennai

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling company’s products and services to businesses (B2B sales). You will also be responsible for approaching potential customers, maintaining good relationships with existing customers and gaining repeat orders whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue sales leads and sales opportunities, by developing and maintaining a regular discipline of sales calls approach, scheduled meetings, proposal presentations to the target customers.

  • Act as primary point of contact between company and customers, implement plans aimed at business retention, repeat sales order and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Follow-up sales enquiries and work closely with Product Line and Operational Team to ensure customer satisfactory.

  • Responsible for the achievement of Monthly Sales Target.

  • Be a local market expert - gather feedback, monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Sales Manager.

  • Responsible for timely Collection from Customers in care.

  • Participate in trade fairs / events and visit potential customers for new businesses.

  • Ensuring real time update of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • Good communication skill.

 

SALES MANAGER

Location : Pune and Hyderabad

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and organizing sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead the Sales Team, by effective deployment of sales resources, supervision, coaching and motivation, in order to achieve targeted sales objectives, sales KPI and sales profitability targets.

  • Implementing Sales Action Plans & Strategies in accordance to marketing calendar.

  • Implementing market channels development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals.

  • Develop and expand customer base in focus industries/assigned markets, by pursuing leads which will develop business.

  • Ensure customer's information and insights are being updated into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System on time.

  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set sales performance goals of sales personnel.

  • Work closely with Product Line Manager to keep abreast of market intelligence and ensure market trends and/or concerns are action upon.

  • Direct staffing, training (Selling Skills & Sales Knowledge) and mentoring performance evaluations.

  • Monitoring competitor's activities and assists Product Line Manager in marketing intelligence.

  • To manage Sales Team's overall budget.

  • Preparation of Sales Team's activity reports and presents to Product Line Manager and Sales Director.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 8 years of working experience in the similar capacity.

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
